Bhavya Living Warranty Coverage

At Bhavya Living, we guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture, lighting, and décor. Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects and ensure your satisfaction with our products.

What is Covered: The warranty covers the following manufacturing defects and quality issues:

  • Structural instability (e.g., loose joints, wobbly legs, or connections).
  • Improper alignment of doors, drawers, or shelving units.
  • Cracks in wood or metal that are not attributable to impact.
  • Uneven surfaces or warping not caused by moisture exposure.
  • Defective stitching or upholstery flaws (for applicable items).
  • Peeling or chipping of laminate, paint, or finish coatings.
  • Malfunctions in hardware components (e.g., hinges, sliders, handles).
  • Incorrect product assembly on the manufacturer’s side.
  • Missing essential structural components (e.g., screws, bolts).
  • Product failure under normal use (within specified weight limits).

What is Not Covered: The warranty explicitly excludes the following:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Damage arising from misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications to the product.
  • Accidental damage or breakage.
  • Damage due to exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., excessive moisture, direct sunlight, high humidity).
  • Products utilized in commercial or non-residential settings.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect customer installation or assembly.
  • Consumable components, such as light bulbs or batteries.
  • Cracks or damage to marble surfaces that appear after an extended period of use (e.g., after one month), as natural stone is sensitive to impact and environmental changes.

Note: For orders confirmed on or after September 22, 2025, Bhavya Living products are covered under a 3-year warranty. Orders placed before this date retain the original 12-month warranty.

Order Management Policies

Can I cancel an order after placement? Per company policy, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed. For all cancellation requests, please submit an email to care@bhavyaliving.com for consideration.

What are the criteria for your Return Policy? Your purchase is eligible for a return or replacement only if it satisfies the following conditions:

  • Delivery of an incorrect product: The received item does not match the product description on the website.
  • Manufacturing defect or damage: The product exhibits manufacturing defects or damage, and the return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging.

What is your Refund Policy procedure? To initiate a return for a purchase, you must send an email to care@bhavyaliving.com within 48 hours of delivery. The email must include the following information: order number, delivery address, reason for the return, and, if applicable, an image of the defective or incorrect product. Emails or images submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered.

What action should be taken if the product packaging is damaged upon delivery? If the product packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect the product for damage and retain all original packaging materials. Contact Customer Care immediately with your order details and supporting photographs. You may be eligible for a replacement, a refund, a partial discount, or the option to return the product.

What is your policy regarding product repair? We currently do not offer a product repair service. Please refer to our Refund and Replacement Policy for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

What is the procedure if a damaged product is no longer under warranty? If your Bhavya Living product is damaged and its warranty period has expired, you will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs. We recommend contacting Customer Service to inquire about repair options or sourcing parts, or seeking assistance from qualified local furniture repair professionals.

Can you arrange for the product to be packaged for return pickup? We will arrange for a reverse pickup. Updates will be communicated by the Customer Care executive. Please ensure that the product packaging remains intact and utilizes its original box.

I require a replacement for the product instead of a refund. If a genuine product defect is confirmed, we are pleased to offer an exchange for a replacement product or an alternative product of equal value.

What is the typical timeframe for receiving a refund? The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days following the successful collection of the product from the designated address.

How will I receive the refunded amount? Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Can I select a different product as a replacement, instead of the item originally ordered? In the case of a genuine product defect, you are permitted to exchange the defective item for a product of equal value.

How does the Bank Transfer/Cheque Payment option function? We accept electronic payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) and physical payments via cheque.

Do the prices displayed include taxes? Yes, all prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Is assembly required for all products? No, assembly service is not mandatory for all products, as the majority of our items are designed for easy, do-it-yourself assembly. Should you require assistance, please contact our Customer Care team.

Are the Delivery and Assembly teams the same? No, the delivery and assembly teams are separate. The assembly service will typically be scheduled to arrive within 7 days after the product delivery has been completed. Please contact our Customer Care team for personalized assistance with scheduling.
